Roasted Cauliflower


I made this the other day and you haven’t had cauliflower until you’ve had this cauliflower. I took a half a head of cauliflower and broke the florets into bite sized chunks. I simply tossed them into a bowl with grape seed oil (you can used EVOO or any kind of vegetable oil really), kosher salt (and if I catch any of you using table salt I will hit you with a wooden spoon) and FRESH ground pepper. Don’t get the stuff that’s pre-ground in a can. It won’t be as fresh or last as long – if you use ground pepper from a can, what’s gonna happen to you? I placed it on a non stick sheet pan  in a 350 degree oven until it started to turn golden brown. This is a great alternative to your normal steamed cauliflower.
